Abstract
This Regional Act establishes rules concerning the management of immovable properties belonging to the Region, including natural resources. Article 23 of Regional Act No. 39 of 2000 on forestry is entirely replaced by the text laid down in article 37 hereto. Pursuant to this new provision, regional agro-forestry resources shall be used according to specific management plans and they shall be inalienable.
