Abstract
These provisions lay down some amendments to Regional Act No. 12 of 2001, which sets forth rules for promoting agricultural and agro-industrial products, with a view to guaranteeing the protection of consumers. The amendments concern the functions of the Regional Council, the use of quality marks and labelling.
