Regional Act No. 9 on forest resources.

This Regional Act lays down the legislative framework for the management and protection of forest resources in Friuli Venezia Giulia. The Act aims at the preservation of forest areas, wildlife species and biodiversity of ecosystems. To attain these objectives the Act envisages cooperation at the national and international level. The Act further regulates administrative procedures related to interventions having an impact on forest territories, including Environmental Impact Assessment.
