Abstract
This Law sets some updated provisions in addition and as amendments to the Regional Act No. 77 amending Regional Act No. 39 of 2000 on forestry.
Changes are relayed to the: scope of interventions (article 10); conventions with consortiums (added article 10bis); active forest management (article 19); incomes deriving from operations (article 31); regional list of forest companies (article 38); wood cutting authorizations (article 47); Municipal competencies (article 70-ter); planning of regional forest fire fighting activities (article 74); offences and penalties (article 82).
