Abstract
This Law introduces several changes all amending the provisions and issues part of the Toscana Regional Act No. 3 implementing Act No. 157 of 11 February 1992 laying down provisions on the protection of wildlife and restrictions on hunting, and its amending Laws 84/2016 e 65/2014.
This text redefines and adds various hunting rules as regards the hunting grounds of the Toscana Region, part of the Republic of Italy, including specific measures related to wildlife hunting methods, equipment and infrastructure, hunting grounds, hunting guards and volunteers, hunting permits and related administrative issues, and offences and penalties.
