Regional Regulation No. 1 laying down provisions on fishing in lakes, quarries and strechtes of water, as per article 24, paragraph 7, of Regional Act No. 25 of 1982 providing for the development of fish population and fishery sector.

This Regional Regulation lays down provisions on fishing in private lakes, quarries and stretches of water in the Lombardia Region, in accordance with article 24, paragraph 7, of Regional Act No. 25 of 1982. Fishing in Private Fishing Centers (CPP) is subject to the issue of an authorization to the holders of said centers by the provincial authority. Article 2 concerns the form to be filled in as well as the documents to be forwarded to the competent Province by the applicant. Article 4 lays down the penalties to be applied in case of violation of this Regulation, such as the suspension and the withdrawal of the authorization.
