Regional Regulation No. 10 implementing Regional Act No. 24 of 26 November 2002 laying down provisions for the improvement and the protection of apiculture in the Umbria Region

The Regulation lays down detailed provisions to implement Regional Act No. 24 of 2002 in matter of duty of beekeepers to notify the Mayor as regards the keeping o beehives (art. 2), the Register of Apiculture (art. 3), sale or moving of beehives (art. 4), minimum distances applicable to beehives (art. 5), and the Register of Queen Bees Breeders (art. 6). The Annexes attached contain the specimens of the notifications to be submitted by beekeepers.
