Regulation No. 7 implementing Regional Act No. 39 of 2002 concerning the management of forest resources.

This Regulation implements Regional Act No. 39 of 2002, which sets forth the legislative framework relative to the management and preservation of forest resources in the Lazio Region. The Regulation lays down detailed provisions governing activities carried out in woodlands and forest areas, as defined by the Act. Article 3 lays down criteria and parameters for identifying forest areas. Detailed provisions are laid down with respect to preservation of species, exploitation of forest lands, gathering of forest species and timber extraction. Articles from 134 to 145 set out administrative sanctions.
