Abstract
These Regulations regulate the importation of Queen Bees into Jamaica. Importation of Queen Bees requires a person to apply for a permission of the Chief Plant Protection Officer. The Chief Plant Protection Officer may limit the number of Queen Bees to be imported under such application. Every Queen Bee imported shall be transferred from the original package of importation to a fresh one so as to avoid transmission of diseases.
