Abstract
These Regulations prescribe rules relative to the transportation of bees.
Before transportation, a written permission of the Chief Plant Protection officer for the transportation of the bees shall be obtained. Bees shall be packed and transported in accordance with prescribed standards and the owner of the bees or his or her representative shall be present during the transportation.
