Abstract
These Regulations amend the Endangered Species (Protection, Conservation and Regulation of Trade) Regulations in regulations 2-4,6-8, and 17 in relation to fees for import permits for species, export permits, re-export certificates, sea-certificates, pre-convention certificate, certificate of origin , artificial propagation export certificate, breeding captivity certificate and fees for the trade in Queen Conch.
