Regulations to make further provision for the application, granting and registration of permits and certificates in relation with international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora. Applications for a permit to import, export, or re-export plant specimens pursuant to the Act shall be made in Form 1 as set out in the First Schedule. Form 2 concerns the application for a permit to trade in endangered animal specimens. Permits shall not be transferable and shall be valid for a period not exceeding three months. An application for a sea certificate, pursuant to section 23 of the Act, shall be in Form 3, whereas an application for a Certificate of Origin shall be in Form 5.
