Abstract
Regulations to make further provision for the application, granting and registration of permits and certificates in relation with international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora. Applications for a permit to import, export, or re-export plant specimens pursuant to the Act shall be made in Form 1 as set out in the First Schedule. Form 2 concerns the application for a permit to trade in endangered animal specimens. Permits shall not be transferable and shall be valid for a period not exceeding three months. An application for a sea certificate, pursuant to section 23 of the Act, shall be in Form 3, whereas an application for a Certificate of Origin shall be in Form 5. Regulation 16 concerns registration of permits and certificates. Regulation 17 prescribes fees. (17 regulations completed by one Schedule)
