Abstract
These Regulations, implementing provisions of article 109 of the Fisheries Act no. 18 of 2018, provide for amending the Fishing Industry (Spiny Lobster) Regulations of 2009, by replacing words and terms concerning processing, and by amending the date of submission of applications to the Authority.
