Abstract
These Regulations lay down rules for the prohibition of sale, possession, import and export of all species of spiny lobster during the closed season for lobster, and powers and duties of the Fishery Inspectors regarding this prohibition. In case of breach of prohibition, the Fishery Inspector may seize in whole or part of the spiny lobster and store the seized product in a storage facility. An authorized storage facility may be designated by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
