Abstract
These Regulations, made under sections 4 (4) and 11 of the Office of Utilities Regulation Act, prescribe the rates to be charged by a licensee in respect of its prescribed utility service. According to the Regulations, any occupier of property situated in any area of Jamaica in respect of which consumers receive water supply or sewerage services, pays the applicable rates and charges specified in the attached schedules.
