The Office of Utilities Regulation (Runaway Bay Water Company Limited (Water Supply and Sewerage Services Rates and Charges)) Order, L.N. no. 71/B of 2021

These Regulations, made under sections 4 (4) and 11 of the Office of Utilities Regulation Act, prescribe the rates to be charged by a licensee in respect of its prescribed utility service. According to the Regulations, any occupier of property situated in the specified areas of the country in respect of which consumers receive water supply or sewerage services, pays the applicable rates and charges specified in the attached schedules. The Regulations also define the application of quality of service standards specified in the schedule to the Runaway Bay Water Company, and the related mode of compensation.
