Abstract
These Regulations provide for exemptions from all or part of the provisions of the Processed Food Act for applicants possessing an establishment which operates a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) System or any other quality management system, which in the opinion of the Director of the Bureau of Standards, would ensure food safety, having regard to the requirements of the Bureau of Standards as set out in prescribed safety or standard specification as defined.
