Public Bodies Management and Accountability Act.

This Act concerns corporate governance and accountability of public bodies. "public body" means a statutory body or authority or any government company, but does not include an executive agency designated under the Executive Agencies Act. The Act also concerns public procurement and corporate plans, provides regulation-making powers of the Minister and defines offences.
