Public Bodies Management and Accountability (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 3 of 2015).

This Act amends the Public Bodies Management and Accountability Act in various provisions so as to change definitions and use of terms related to public sector investments and the definition of public bodies belonging to a specific public sector. It also inserts new provisions on auditing requirements for a public body that is not part of the specified public sector and the powers of the Minister to appoint a Public Bodies Human Resources Committee, which shall, among other things, provide advise public bodies that are not part of the specified public sector with regard to human resource matters.
