The Trade Marks Rules, Legal Notice no. 127 of 2001.

These Regulations, made under section 78 of the Trade Marks Act, concern: application for registration of a trade mark; alteration of registered marks; procedural matters concerning renewal of registration; inspection of documents; classification of good and services, including: chemical substances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary and sanitary purposes; substances used as food or as ingredients in food; seeds for agricultural and horticultural purposes; beers, mineral and aerated waters and other non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices; syrups and other preparations for making beverages; agricultural, horticultural and forestry products and grains; live animals and their products; fresh fruits and vegetables; seeds, natural plants and flowers.
