Abstract
These Regulations concern procedures in relation with applications for non-riparian use of public water made under section 11 and section 13 of the Water Act. In the case that an application has been granted by the Minister and land has been appropriated provisions of regulation No. 5 will apply. (5 regulations and a Schedule)
