Regulation No. 18 of 2012 on the licensing of specialized agricultural associations.

This Regulation provides for the licensing and the registration of specialized agricultural associations (non–cooperatives). It first defines some terms and key words. Article 3 states that the Minister of Agriculture shall establish a Commission which will handle all the licensing issues for specialized agricultural associations. The Regulation lays down the general rules and the administrative system which this committee will abide by as well as its main duties.
