Regulation No. (Z/7) of 2011 concerning the instructions of licensing agricultural specialized associations .

This Regulation provides for the licensing and registration of agricultural specialized associations which are not cooperatives. It sets forth some key definitions. Article 3 states that the Minister of Agriculture shall establish a committee called the licensing Committee for agricultural associations. The duties of this committee include receiving and considering applications for registration of associations and handling the whole procedure of monitoring the work of associations to make sure of it commitment to the decisions of the Ministry of Agriculture .
