Regulation No. (Z/6) of 2011 concerning instructions on Livestock Services Book

This Regulation provides for the instructions of Livestock Services Book which is defined in article 2 as a document issued by the Ministry of Agriculture for livestock possession, records with the number of animals and the location of farms and services granted to each farm. This document is considered the official reference of the Ministry. The Regulation sets forth the procedures and the issuing of livestock services Book. Article 5 states the conditions according to which the transfer of ownership of livestock can happen. Articles 14,16 and 17 provide for calves, sheep and horses vaccinations. Any violation to the provisions of this Regulation will be penalized according to the agricultural law No. 44 of 2002.
