Abstract
The present Law is divided as follows: General (1); Reporting Quantities of Releases of Class I Designated Chemical Substances (2); Provision of Information by Businesses Handling Designated Chemical Substances (3); Miscellaneous (4); Penalties (5); Appendix.
Provisions are made to improve the management of specific chemical substances and to prevent any potentially damaging environmental impact by requiring businesses handling such substances to report when and how they release those very same chemical substances in the environment and to provide technical information on the properties and handling of such substances.
