Abstract
This Cabinet Order based on the provisions of Article 32, Paragraph 7 and Article 34, Paragraph 2 of the Plant Protection Act (Act No. 151 of 1951), establishes the standards stipulated in article 32, Paragraph 5 of the Law, specifying the requirements to quickly and accurately identify the type of binocular stereo microscope, sterilizer for physics and chemistry, and other harmful animals or harmful plants. In addition, it establishes the 40% of the total budget will be allocated to each prefecture according to the number of farmers in each prefecture. 20% of the total budget will be allocated to each prefecture according to the farmland area and according to the number of municipalities in each prefecture. 20% of the total amount of the budget is for prefectures that need to urgently carry out plant quarantine, control, and outbreak prediction projects in order to deal with the spread of harmful animals or harmful plants and to promote the safety and promotion of other agricultural production.
