Abstract
This Cabinet Order, consisting of 4 Articles, is established pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 17 of 2019 Act on Management and Conservation of Agricultural Reservoirs.
The Cabinet Order provides for: the requirements stipulated in Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Management and Conservation of Agricultural Irrigation Reservoirs, acts that may affect the conservation of specified agricultural reservoirs, etc.
