Abstract
This Cabinet Order is established to implement the Water Agency Act (Act No. 182 of 2002).
The Cabinet Order consists of 58 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: 1. General Provisions; 2. Methods of Business Implementation; 3. Expenses Required for Business Implementation; 4. Water Resources Bonds; 5. Subsidies; 6. Miscellaneous Provisions.
The business implementation plan set forth in Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Act shall include: (1) Name of the project; (2) Purpose of the project; (3) Location and outline of the facility; (4) Plans for water storage, discharge, water intake, or water conveyance; (5) In the case of work related to irrigation and drainage, the area of the beneficiary land; (6) Construction period; (7) Costs and how they will be borne; etc. Water resource bonds shall be issued by way of subscription. A person who intends to respond to the solicitation of water resources bonds shall indicate on the water resources bond application form the number of water resources bonds he/she intends to subscribe for.
