Abstract
These Guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Feed are established to ensure the safety and quality of feed products. The Guidelines emphasize preventive measures to safeguard the health of citizens. Key components of the Guidelines include the design of facilities to prevent cross-contamination among different types of feeds, the establishment of separate areas for employee eating and drinking, and the implementation of measures to prevent environment-origin contamination during operations. The business operators are recommended to develop a control method based on the HACCP principle in order to effectively and efficiently reduce risks in addition to the implementation of GMP. Verification procedures based on GMP guidelines involve applying for verification from the Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center to confirm compliance with the standards. The Guidelines also stress the importance of education and training for employees involved in feed manufacturing processes.
