Abstract
This Cabinet Order is established pursuant to the Act on Conservation of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (Act No. 75 of 1992).
The nationally rare species of wild fauna and flora prescribed in the Act on Conservation of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora are the species set forth in Appended Table 1. The internationally rare species of wild fauna and flora are the species set forth in Appended Table 2. Article 7-8 provides for the requirements to be satisfied for export and import, and registration of individual, etc.
