Regulation to Effectuate the Act for the Control of Export and Import of Specified Hazardous and Other Wastes (Order of the Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and Ministry of International Trade and Industry No. 1 of October 7, 1993).

This Regulation is enacted hereunder pursuant to the Act for the Control of Export and Import of Specified Hazardous and Other Wastes of the Cabinet Office (Act No. 108 of 1992).
The Regulation makes provisions for: specified hazardous and other wastes prescribed by the joint order of the ministry of economy, trade and industry and ministry of the environment, matters to be entered on an export movement document, matters to be entered on an import movement document, application for certificate of import operators for the purpose of recycling activities, etc.
