Agricultural Produce Marketing (Maize and Produce Board) (Movement of Regulated Produce) Regulations (L.N. No. 91 of 1968).

These Regulations place restrictions on the movement of regulated produce, i.e. produce listed in the Schedule to these Regulations. Subject to certain exemptions, no regulated produce in respect of which a compulsory marketing order under section 8 of the Agricultural Produce Marketing Act is in force, shall be moved whether by headload, pack animal, road vehicle, train, vessel or otherwise, except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a written permit issued by the Maize and Produce Board.
