Agricultural Produce Marketing (Maize and Produce Board) Order.

This Order establishes the Maize and Produce Board, for the marketing of the produce specified in the Schedule, wherever produced in Kenya. All property of the West Kenya Marketing Board, established under the Marketing of African Produce (West Kenya Marketing Board) Order, 1964, and the former Kenya Agricultural Produce Marketing Board, established under the Marketing of African Produce (Kenya Agricultural Produce Marketing Board), Order, 1964, shall be vested in the Board established by this Order.
