The Anti-counterfeit (Recordation) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 118 of 2021.

These Regulations, made under Section 37 of the Anti-Counterfeit Act, specify procedures and requirements for recording an intellectual property right. The Regulations cover the following matters: issuance of certificates of registration; application procedure for intellectual property rights relating to goods to be imported into Kenya; submissions of particulars of imported goods by persons other than the registrant; change of ownership of a recorded intellectual property right; change of name of the registrant; appointment of agents by the owners of intellectual property rights; specific offences in case of false and misleading information.
