The Anti-Counterfeit Regulations, Legal Notice no. 126 of 2010.

These Regulations provide for implementing provisions of the Anti-Counterfeit Act, and therefore cover the following matters: appointment and powers of inspectors, including taking samples and seizure of goods; issuance of a certificate of authority; laying a complaint by an intellectual property right owner; seizure of suspect goods; false and misleading declarations; appointment of an agent by an intellectual property right owner; offences. Attachments include several applications concerning: inventory of seized goods; samples for testing and analysis; application to seize and detain suspect counterfeit goods.
