Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Cotton Lint and Seed Marketing Act (repealed by the Cotton Act) with respect to licences issued by the Cotton Board of Kenya under section 16 of the Act for the purchase of cotton lint or cotton seed and concern powers of Cotton Lint and Cotton Seed Supervisors appointed by the Board under section 15 of the Act.
