Dairy Industry (Compliance Officers) Regulations, 2021 - Legal Notice no. 18/2021.

These Regulations, made under the Dairy Industry Act, 2006, apply to all compliance officer and all aspects of inspection in the dairy industry and aim at providing mechanism for inspection of primary producers and dairy business operators and for procedures and conduct of a compliance officer.
Matters covered by the Regulations concern: interpretation of relevant terms; appointment, qualifications and identification of compliance officers; revocation of appointment; powers of a compliance officer, including examination of any dairy produce and inspection of premises; collection of records, documents and samples; seizure and destruction of dairy produce; criminal offences and complaints.
