Abstract
These Rules, made under the Dairy Industry Act, concern the procedures for the election of delegates of registered milk producers at regional meeting to be convened by the Kenya Dairy Board. Only those registered producers carrying on business in the region in which the meeting is held shall be entitled to vote upon any matter provided for by these Regulations. Section 21 of the Act prescribes that the Board shall at least once in every year convene a meeting of the registered producers in each of the regions established for this purpose by the Board.
