Abstract
These Regulations provide for the licensing of specified dairy farms by the Kenya Dairy Board. Specified dairy means a dairy producing more 450 litres of milk daily. No person shall manage or employ a person to manage a specified dairy unless the manager has been granted a licence by the Board. The Board shall consider applications made under these Regulations and shall grant a licence in Form 2 in the Schedule to an applicant whom it considers competent to manage a specified dairy.
