Abstract
These Regulations provide standards for milk for sale. The Regulations shall apply to all Scheduled Areas in the sense of the Dairy Industry Act. No person shall sell for any purpose whatsoever milk which contains less than a specified percent of butter fat and a specified percent of solids that is not fat. A person who sells milk of a lower standard than that specified by these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence.
