Dairy Industry (pricing of dairy produce) Regulations, 2021. Legal Notice no. 23/2021.

These Regulations, made under the Dairy Industry Act, aims at ensuring that a primary producer receives a guaranteed minimum monetary return for the sale of milk and at protecting investment interests of primary producers and final consumers of dairy products.
The Regulations define relevant terms; provide for a compliance officer, empowered to inspect any records relating to a payout made by any purchaser; define fines and penalties in case of misconduct; revoke previous regulations.
