Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, amend the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Water Quality) Regulations, no. 177 of 2024, by replacing words concerning authority in a paragraph and by repealing the Regulations no. 23 of 2025.
