Abstract
These Rules declare that the animal foodstuffs specified in the first column of Part I of the Schedule to these Rules and having the characteristics specified in Part II of the that Schedule, are prescribed to be approved animal foodstuffs. The Rules also prescribe standards for approved fertilizers.
