Abstract
These Rules, made under sections 3 and 19 of the Fertilizers and Animal Foodstuffs Act, prescribe approved fertilizers for the purposes of the Act. If the term "commercially pure" is mentioned in these Rules, it implies that no other matter may be added to the fertilizer other than the substance mentioned.
