Fisheries Management and Development (General) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 60 of 2024.

These Regulations, made under provisions of section 208 of the Fisheries Management and Development Act, concern: procedures for an application for a licence, permit, authorisation or certificate of registration; power of the Director General to impose conditions on any licence, permit, authorisation or registration certificate, regarding: stock, size, sex, weight and quantities of fish to be harvested, and methods used for the fishing and disposal of fish or particular species of fish and the use of any equipment, appliance, instrument, fishing net, conditions for fresh fish movement, storage and marketing, general hygiene conditions of fish landing stations, general health conditions for fish processing facilities, recreational fishing vessels, conditions for handling fish and fish products on-shore.
