Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Safety of Fish, Fishery Products and Fish Feed)(Amendment) Regulations, 2007 in the Eleventh Schedule by deleting the expression “1,000” in paragraph 4 and substituting therefore the expression “1,500”. The Eleventh Schedule prescribes fees for approvals, health certification and other charges regarding fish, fishery products and fish feeds.
