Kenya Tourist Board Order, 1997 (Cap. 446).

This Order establishes the Kenya Tourist Board as a body corporate in the sense of the State Corporations Act. There shall be a Board of the Authority which shall be constituted in accordance with this Order. The principal functions of the Authority shall be to promote and market Kenya as a tourist destination locally and internationally and to monitor the quality and standards of facilities available to tourists.
