Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of section 223 of the Mining Act, 2016, amend the Mining (Dealings in Minerals) Regulations, L.N. no. 88 of 2017. Amendments concern: replacement of words and definitions concerning issuance of licences and procedural matters; revision of mineral dealings fees.
