Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of section 223 of the Mining Act, 2016, amend the Mining (Licence and Permit) Regulations, L.N. no. 87 of 2017. Amendments concern: specification of fees; public access to the cadastre; definitions of large scale mineral rights; annual rent and mineral development levy to be paid by a holder of a mineral right.
