Pest Control Products (Importation and Exportation) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 101 of 2024.

These Regulations, made by the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development under section 15 of the Pest Control Products Act, provide for the importation and exportation of pest control products, the issuance of related permits and authorisations, the requirements for importation of samples of pest control products. The Regulations concern: application for pest control products disposal licence; registration of products intended for sale; procedural matters related to permits and authorisation; prohibition of unauthorised trade of pest control products; offences and penalties.
